JJ Launches Virtual Training for Existing and New Clients

With the new reality of sheltering in place for the foreseeable future many of my clients have inquired about virtual training. I’ve long offered FaceTime training to my clients to help keep them fit and sane while they travel or when they move outside the Bay Area. My clients Tom, Erica and Raquel (and their pups!) can attest that whether they are working out with me from their homes or from a hotel room we can still get a good workout in using whatever equipment and tools we have on hand. So I’m officially offering this service to all my existing and new clients. Keep reading to learn how it works.

How Does Virtual Training Work?

  1. Just like training with me in person, every virtual training session will be unique and customized to the client based on their goals, injuries and needs.

  2. If you are a new client our first session will involve an assessment where I’ll analyze how you move, understand your goals, review your health history, review your nutrition habits and help you set up a workout area and order any equipment we’ll need.

  3. I will FaceTime call you for your session safely from my home gym and will be set up to demo all your movements. It will be almost like an in person training session.

  4. We’ll set a weekly schedule of workouts between 5am-2pm.

  5. Sessions will last 50-60 minutes.

  6. I will provide you homework to do between sessions as needed.

  7. My rate is $100/session paid via Venmo to @Jonathan-Jordan-8.

  8. If you’re interested email me at JJ@JJ-fit.com.
