New 6-Week RunFit Boot Camp Starting in February

Want to amp up your cardio fitness and endurance in 2020? Join me for my new 6-week RunFit Boot Camp! Classes will consist of a mix of indoor and outdoor speed work, hills and endurance running, as well as strength circuits designed to improve your mobility and strengthen your core, back and glutes. Open to all levels, this scalable 18-class program is perfect if you want to:

  • Run a race in 2020 (half or full marathon)

  • Get better at running and have JJ analyze your form

  • Learn how to safely prep/cool down to avoid pain and injuries

  • Learn how to safely engage in endurance and HIIT-based running

  • Lose body fat and gain strength

Details

  • Tuesdays from 6:00-6:50 am at Bay Club Financial District beginning February 4

  • Thursdays from 12:00-12:50 pm at Bay Club Financial District beginning February 6

  • Saturdays morning outdoor runs (time and place TBD) beginning February 8

Cost

  • $150 for all 18 classes. Open to Bay Club members as well as non-members.
