Looking to Outsource Meal Prep? Here's My Go To Delivery Service: Factor

It's no secret I'm not into cooking. "But JJ, you're a trainer! Don't you love spending hours in the kitchen meal-prepping and weighing your food and putting it all into perfect little containers?” Sort of. I prepare (not cook!) my breakfasts, lunches and snacks for the work week in advance using many of the recipes and strategies I share in my free nutrition guide. But actually cooking? I'm just not into it.

If you LOVE cooking and it brings you joy, AWESOME! I'm jealous. I wish I liked cooking. But it's like eating cauliflower. I've tried to force it and it just gives me heartburn. So Peter and I decided years ago to outsource our weekday dinners to a meal delivery service. At first we did Blue Apron which sends you a box of ingredients to cook. That was fun but ultimately stressful because we just didn't have time to cook. So we switched to prepared microwavable meals.

A lot of clients ask which one is our favorite. After researching and trying a few different ones we landed on Factor and have been loving it. The variety is excellent and the quality is significantly better than many of the competing services. The protein and vegetable portions are enough to keep you full and they actually taste really good. They are consistent with delivery and are a fair price especially given how tasty and substantial they are. They publish calorie and nutritional information for each meal so if you are tracking that you're in luck. And if you're vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, keto or gluten free they have options for you. And you can find ways to eat your favorite foods (like pasta, tacos and steak!) while maintaining your health and fitness.

We have a few week's worth of free Factor meals and deals to give away. The first three people to message me asking are welcome to them. Enjoy!
