Kimberly's Om Nom Chocolate Matcha Bread

My client Kimberly has her meal prep game ON POINT. She consistently tracks her food so she can have treats like pizza and cake on occasion while still hitting her fitness goals. And she finds awesome ways of getting nutrient dense foods into her diet that also taste great! I’m loving her latest triumph. This chocolate matcha bread is super simple to make and is a fantastic way to get some cauliflower into your belly along with other great things like banana flour and matcha powder.

What to do

Blend the following ingredients together and place in a lightly greased glass pan or baking dish. Bake in the over for 30-45 minutes at 350.

  • 1/4 cup banana flour 

  • 1/3 to 1/2 of a head of steamed cauliflower 

  • 1 banana 

  • 1 tbsp matcha powder

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
