Lacrosse ball or yoga tune up ball on psoas and/or banded psoas stretch (get the band here) for 1-2 minutes each side
Captain Morgan Hip Stretches

Dead bugs x 12 each side
Banded Side Steps (Standing) and Glute Bridges (Floor) for 1 minute each, band above knee (get the band here)
Goblet Squats (box) x 12
Standing Cable Row 17.5-22# x 12 each
Yoga Push Ups (5s on the way down) x 8
Ball Slams 10-12# ball x 12
