As a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Nutrition Coach for the Bay Area's leading fitness brands including Equinox, Bay Club and Diakadi, I work with clients to help them improve their health, achieve a better physique, prepare for an event or recover from a joint or muscle injury. My one-on-one fitness programs begin with an assessment of your personal health and fitness needs. We’ll go over your baseline measurements, review your current diet, fitness goals, health history and injuries. From there, I’ll create a workout and nutrition plan that is personalized to your individual lifestyle demands and goals. The plan will consist of small, manageable changes that will take place both inside and out of the gym. In between our sessions, you’ll receive "homework", weekly behavior change challenges and nutritional advice to ensure you’re engaged with your program. Every six-to-eight weeks, we’ll revisit our plan to monitor progress and tweak your routine as necessary.
Many of my clients benefit from mobility and posture work. In today’s tech-driven world, this can help offset the stress of their jobs and modern tech lifestyles. For clients suffering from joint and tissue injuries, I partner with San Francisco’s leading physical therapists, chiropractors and doctors to facilitate a healthy, safe recovery.
