I’ve always wanted to be one of the cool kids in the pool and do those fancy flip turns while swimming laps. Turns out, flip turns not only look cool, but they’re also super efficient allowing you to improve your speed and save valuable energy. But like lots of things, they can be tricky to master and require practice and persistence.
